This project features 285 apartment units across four levels, with a fifth level event center. The Owner for the event center also owns the hotel and retail complex across the street, which is connected to the CityGate project via a pedestrian skybridge. This project takes advantage of the "Texas-wrap" parking garage design with 430 parking spaces all surrounded by apartment units. The complex includes multiple amenity spaces, including a secluded outdoor courtyard, a second outdoor patio which includes a pool, grilling stations, and ample seating arrangements for the residents, and an indoor lounge and fitness center. 

I assisted the design team with 3D modeling and visualization for various design studies, as well as visualization for publications.
