Project Background:
This project was a quick conceptual design and site study for a hotel owner who was interested in adding more residential to their portfolio by adding a luxury apartment complex behind their existing hotel, including a banquet space in between. The design study was then used by the owner to pitch the residential development to the city of Schaumburg to get approval to build this complex.
My Project Role:
I co-designed this project from site study to building design, as well as did all 3D modeling, diagramming, and visualization.
